I-DESIRE is the brainchild of couple of like-minded students from IIT Kanpur. They conceived and implemented this concept while pursuing their undergraduate studies. It has come as tremendous force aimed towards social transformation in Bihar. The basic idea is to INSPIRE, MOTIVATE and GUIDE young minds and thus help them to prepare for challenges in life. In todays world of cut throat competition success depends a lot on proper planning. A good start is 50% task accomplished. The lack of vision, foresightedness or information can be catastrophic. It Leads to the waste of time and ends up in frustation. I-DESIRE wants to crack on all these through their workshops. Today Bihar is regarded as most backward and underdeveloped state in India. We counter this statement as we see immense potential in its Human Resources. Provided we groom our present and future generations,we
would never look back.
