Sushil Singhania
Sushil belongs to Bhagalpur in Bihar. He completed his schooling from Mount Assisi School, Bhagalpur. He topped his class in ICSE examination.Thereafter he joined T.N.B. College in Bhagalpur for his High School. Even here he did his best and emerged as the Class Topper. He faced immense financial problems in is family from his very childhood days. There were lot of constraints. Even under all these constraints he cracked IIT JEE in 2000 with an AIR 583. He got admission in Department of Mechanical Engineering at IIT Kanpur. Soon after graduation he joined Tata Motors Ltd., Lucknow as supply chain engineer. At the same time he also got a job at Teng and Associates INC., Chicago USA. He joined Teng in February 2005. Since then he has been working with Teng.
He founded I-DESIRE with two of his best friends while at IIT Kanpur. The first I-DESIRE workshop was held in Patna in December 2002. It was a huge success. I-DESIRE team received rave reviews from Media both print and electronic. Students benefitted immensely. Parents and Guardians of aspirants were equally excited. Enthusiased with this success he continued to organize this workshop every year. After he left India for his job at Teng, his juniors kept up this work and are working actively for this workshop. He is still involved in planning of the workshop. He keeps on pouring he views and ideas to make it even more beneficial to students.
Shyam Kumar
Shyam belongs to Begusarai in Bihar. He was a very smart and industrious kid from his very childhood. He got selected for his schooling at Neterhat School, Neterhat, Ranchi. He cracked IIT JEE and got admission in Department of Chemical Engineering at IIT Kanpur in 2003. At IIT Kanpur he is actively involved in Jeevan Vidya a new school of thought for improving our existing system of education so that we may produce better citizens for tomorrow. He is also one of the founders of I-DESIRE. He is the most experienced active member of I-DESIRE team in India. He is an accomplished orator. People listen to him when he talk.
Ranjan Kumar
Ranjan Kumar belongs to Supaul in Bihar. He coufounded I-DESIRE in 2002 alongwith Sushil and Saurabh. He cracked IITJEE 2000 and got admission into department of Mechanical Engineering at IIT Kanpur. He is smart guy with a sharp mind. He has an attitude for excellence and indomintable drive to excel in everything he does. Currently he is working as a senior software professional in United States.
Girijesh Jha
Girijesh belongs to Patna in Bihar. He is doing his masters in Mathematics and Scientific computing from IIT Kanpur. He got selected in IITJEE in year 2005. He is a industrious and competent person. He loves taking initiative and produce big results. He gave a new direction to I-DESIRE by introducing I-DESIRE champions concept in 2006. He has been associated with I-DESIRE for last couple of years. He has got big dreams for India and Bihar in particular.
Ashish Mishra
Ashish also belongs to Patna in Bihar. He is doing his bachelors Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture from IIT Kharagpur. He got selected in IITJEE in 2005. He is a very enthusiatic person and enjoys taking challenges. No hurdles could ever thwart his ambitions. He would constantly come up with new ideas for I-DESIRE, only to make it better. He wont stop here, he would concentrate his energies to implement it too. He has all the qualities to be an entrepreneur and he will be one pretty soon. He has been an integral part of I-DESIRE team for last three years.
